3. Registration of Transfer or Transmissions

The ownership of a registered vessel shall be transferred by bill of sale followed by the delivery of the vessel to the purchaser. The execution by the purchaser of a protocol of delivery and acceptance shall be deemed sufficient evidence that the vessel has been delivered to the purchaser. The signatures on the bill of sale and protocol of delivery and acceptance shall be authenticated by a notary public or Government Representative of TZIRS in the place where such documents are issued before they can be registered.
