Creator of sales enhancement programs for multi-national companies. Worked for major corporations and has managed privately owned companies since 1987.

Corporate responsibility is to develop and oversee the international marketing operations and present activities including Flag Administration, Classification, Marine Surveys, Engineering Surveys, Legal Services, Accounting Services, Corporate Formation Structure & Maritime Insurance: P & I Coverage, Hull & Machinery, & Cargo. As a Marine, Engineering Surveys and Legal Consultants. Further responsibilities involve management developing market strategies for Ship Registration of Merchant Ships in the various flag and presently appointed as a Proper Officer/Deputy Registrar for Tanzania Zanzibar International Register of Shipping (TZIRS).

REGISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collection & preparation of required document for submission to appropriate main administrative office "Head Office", Application for Registration (by owner or legal representative) assisting in preparation, and or verification of; Power of Attorney, Deletion Certificate, Bill of Sale, evidence of Title of Ownership, International Tonnage Certificate, Class & Trading Certificates, Application for Radio/Ship Station license, Issuance of Provisional Registration Certificates, Manning Certificates, de-registration of naval mortgages, payment of annual taxes,& seafarers licenses.

OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing clients information and pricing negotiation, formal quotations, invoicing, collections and preparation of "Official Receipts". Original document issuance: Certificate of Registry, Ship Radio License, Minimum Safe Manning Certificate, Certificate of Competency, Crew Endorsement and Seaman Book, Civil Liability Certificate, Non-Encumbrance Certificate, Change of Ownership, Dual Registration ( charter in ), special registration, Verifying all registration documents to be produced for current application of new enrollments, extensions, permanent or renewal status, where the vessel are in compliance of STCW, ISM Code, ISPS Code, GMDSS & Etc.
